those bearings and the shifter base bushings are worth more than the short shifter alone.

keep in mind the base will move when you shift with the rubber stock bushings elongating the throw.

The bushings at the end of the cable have the same effect by eliminating the slack

imagine if your throttle body pulley and throttle cable had a rubber connection...same theory

there is an evo 3 here with 41k km (how the HELL he found it i do not know!) and my shifter feels much better than his (cusco hyper gum kit + replaced the cusco shifter cable bushings with bearings from extreme psi)

Kk. Where di you buy them and what you mean by under hood, at tranny level?

Also, if you need **** check w me, slowboyracing has been fooken amazing as prices go for.

well to be honest the cusco hyper gum it is like US$65 and it has hard rubber/plastic shifter base bushings, aluminum shifter to cable bushing and hard rubber/plastic bushings for the 2 cables ends by the transmission.

Well worth the price in my opinion
